PhilOPTICS Photography offers couples the option of choosing the coverage they require to capture those very special memories of the day.

It's important to remain flexible to your needs as your requirements and budget are different to others.

You can choose the level of service which may just be coverage of the ceremony and family portraits followed by a short period of time at a location for those special Bridal Party photos.

You may then choose to have some photos printed by us or purchase a disc. This is your choice. If you prefer to purchase a package we have some ideas and prices listed below.

 

Frangipani Package $1650.00 includes GST

Five hours coverage of your special day commencing where you choose - Bride's home or ceremony. Coverage includes; family portraits at the ceremony location, Bridal Party location shoot and about 30 minutes at the reception for a mock cake cutting and bridal waltz. All photos provided on high resolution CD plus a DVD sideshow set to your choice of music, 20 sided regular (A4) lay flat coffee table photo book and 20x16 canvas or 24x12 mounted image. Approximately 120 of your images will be enhanced and edited providing black & white or other tones and dynamic colours.

 

Lily Package $2250.00 includes GST

There is no photo limit for this package and it covers the Bride at home, the ceremony, family portraits at the ceremony location, formal Bridal Party shoot at one location, reception coverage until cutting of the cake and Bridal waltz. A 40 side "Grand" photo book is included and photos are presented in high resolution on disc. A DVD sideshow set to your choice of music, and a 20x16 canvas or 24x12 mounted image is also included. Approximately 120 of your images will be enhanced and edited providing black & white or other tones and dynamic colours.

 

Rose Package $2950.00 includes GST

There is no photo limit and this coverage commences at the Bride's home and continues until the Bridal waltz. Formal Bridal Party shots at several locations is possible provided time permits. A 50 sided "Grand" genuine leather album in a presentation box is included. Two matted 5x7 (12 sides) parents albums are also included. Photos are presented in high resolution on disc for you to keep and print at a later stage. A DVD sideshow set to your choice of music is part of this package. A pre-wedding photo shoot is included and approximately 120 of your images will be enhanced and edited providing black & white or other tones and dynamic colours.

 

Orchid Package $3600.00 includes GST

This is our most popular package. There is no photo limit, there is no time limit and every aspect of your special day will be captured until about 30 minutes after your bridal waltz. This package includes a 30 sided "Asuka ZEN" genuine leather, lay flay album with presentation box, two matted 5x7 (20 sides) parents albums are also included. Photos are presented in high resolution on disc for you to keep and print at a later stage. A DVD sideshow set to your choice of music, and an 18"x12" framed image for guests to sign at your reception is part of this package. You also have a 20x16 canvas or 24x12 mounted image. All images are presented in high resolution on disc for you to keep. A pre-wedding photo shoot rounds out this package. Approximately 120 of your images will be enhanced and edited providing black & white or other tones and dynamic colours.

 

If you prefer to have your photographs presented in proof format, then choose those for professional master printing and album creation, this can also be arranged. An hourly rate will apply for your wedding day coverage and then print pricing can be discussed for various sized images. These prints will receive enhancement to colours, special effects and air brushing to ensure master prints are produced for you.

Custom made wedding albums

Professionally hand crafted, matted or magazine style albums are available on request with various cover materials and designs. These albums are created by us and hand crafted in Melbourne by Albums Australia. Prices are quoted as requested.

 

Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot $75.00 includes GST

About 3 weeks from your wedding day we will take you out at the same time and in the same location as your wedding to capture some shots of you both and experience the feeling of being in front of the camera, These images will be presented to you on DVD slide show and high resolution disc.

 

Reception slide show $200.00 includes GST

A professional slide show can be prepared and presented at your reception during your main course, or just before the speeches to involve your guests in the proceedings whilst you have been away from them. They will see some of the images of you getting ready, close up during the ceremony and while you were at the formal Bridal Party photo shoot. This is a great way to "preview" some of your wedding images. The photographers will not need any equipment from your reception venue. All equipment will be provided by PhilOPTICS Photography. Parents will receive a copy of this sideshow on the night.

 

High resolution CD ROM $300.00 includes GST

All images colour and exposure corrected ready to print. Approximately 120 of your images will be enhanced and edited providing black & white or other tones and dynamic colours Further airbrushing at additional cost and quoted as requested.

 

Signature framed photograph $250.00 includes GST

A framed photograph of you both can be displayed during your reception with a wide matted border to allow your family and friends to record their special messages. Later you can choose a favourite wedding photograph to be placed into the frame and this forms your guest register.

 

DVD Slide show $250.00 includes GST

A DVD slide show of you images set to the music of your choice can be prepared following your wedding. This makes an ideal gift and an excellent addition to your albums and hard copy photographs.
