PhilOPTICS Photography offers couples the option of choosing the coverage they require to capture those very special memories of the day.

It's important to remain flexible to your needs as your requirements and budget are different to others.

You can choose the level of service which may just be coverage of the ceremony and family portraits followed by a short period of time at a location for those special Bridal Party photos.

You may then choose to have some photos printed by us or purchase a disc. This is your choice. If you prefer to purchase a package we have some ideas and prices listed below.

 

Budget coverage $1250.00 includes GST

This coverage is for 5 hours and provides a photographer at the Bride's home, ceremony, family portraits at the ceremony location, Bridal Party location shoot and about 30 minutes at the reception for a mock cake cutting and bridal waltz. 200 6x4 photos in "leather like" Walther slip-in album. Images are provided on disc in low resolution. High resolution disc - additional $250.00 This package price is only available within the Central Coast areas.

 

Frangipani Package $1650.00 includes GST

There is no photo limit with this package and covers Bride's home, ceremony, family portraits at the ceremony location, Bridal Party location shoot and about 30 minutes at the reception for a mock cake cutting and bridal waltz. All photos provided on medium resolution CD plus 200 5x7 photos in "leather like" Walther slip-in album.

 

Lily Package $2250.00 includes GST

This package covers the Bride at home, the ceremony, family portraits at the ceremony location, formal Bridal Party shoot at one location, reception coverage until cutting of the cake and Bridal waltz. An A4 size, hard cover photo book (40 sides) is included in this package and all photos are presented in high resolution on disc. A pre-wedding photo shoot at half the normal price is available with this package.

 

Rose Package $2950.00 includes GST

There is no photo limit and this coverage commences at the Bride's home and continues until the Bridal waltz. Formal Bridal Party shots at several locations is possible provided time permits. An A3 size leather covered photo book (50 sides), portrait, landscape or square orientation plus two matted 6x4 (20 sides) parents albums are also included. All photos are presented in high resolution on disc for you to keep and print at a later stage. A pre-wedding photo shoot at half the normal price is available with this package.

 

Orchid Package $4450.00 includes GST

This is our most popular package. There is no photo limit, there is no time limit and there are two photographers to capture every aspect of your special day. Both photographers are with you from the Bride's home and Groom's getting ready location until about 30 minutes into the reception. Then one photographer will stay to the end of the reception. This package includes a hand crafted Matrix Mk 4, 17x14 landscape or portrait bonded leather album with 20 sides, includes six full page images. DVD slide show set to your music (approx 300 images), two matted 5x7 (20 sides) parents albums are also included, 20"x30" canvas print of your choice, reception slide show for you and your guests to get a sneak preview of some wedding photos. All images are presented in high resolution on disc for you to keep.

 

If you prefer to have your photographs presented in proof format and then choose those for professional master printing and album creation, this can also be arranged. An hourly rate will apply for your wedding day coverage and then print pricing can be discussed for various sized images. These prints will receive enhancement to colours, special effects and air brushing to ensure master prints are produced for you.

Custom made wedding albums

Professionally hand crafted, matted or magazine style albums are available on request with various cover materials and designs. These albums are created by us and hand crafted in Melbourne by Albums Australia. Prices are quoted as requested.

 

Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot $175.00 includes GST

About 3 weeks from your wedding day we will take you out at the same time and in the same location as your wedding to capture some shots of you both and experience the feeling of being in front of the camera, These images will be presented to you on DVD slide show and high resolution disc.

 

Reception slide show $200.00 includes GST

A professional slide show can be prepared and presented at your reception during your main course, or just before the speeches to involve your guests in the proceedings whilst you have been away from them. They will see some of the images of you getting ready, close up during the ceremony and while you were at the formal Bridal Party photo shoot. This is a great way to "preview" some of your wedding images. The photographers will not need any equipment from your reception venue. All equipment will be provided by PhilOPTICS Photography.

 

High resolution CD ROM $400.00 includes GST

All images colour and exposure corrected ready to print. Black & white, sepia and other tones, airbrushing at additional cost. Quoted as requested.

 

Signature framed photograph $250.00 includes GST

A framed photograph of you both can be displayed during your reception with a wide matted border to allow your family and friends to record their special messages. Later you can choose a favourite wedding photograph to be placed into the frame and this forms your guest register.

 

DVD Slide show $250.00 includes GST

A DVD slide show of you images set to the music of your choice can be prepared following your wedding. This makes an ideal gift and an excellent addition to your albums and hard copy photographs.
